If you’re in the business for the long run, buying and owning software licenses is absolutely cheaper in the long run.

And to make things better, we can offer payment terms of up to 3 years depending on which CabMaster Software package you choose.

Our CabMaster Software product ranges are available in AUD or USD.

Our ShapeMaster and EzyNest subscriptions can be purchased via credit card or debit card.

Our buy-to-own non-subscription options can be paid via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card.

If you don’t have a credit/debit card, you can ask our sales team about buy-to-own options.

Once you’ve paid off your invoice to buy the software, you own it! There are no compulsory payments after that.

We do offer an annual Customer Care Agreement, which can be paid annually or in monthly instalments.

We offer an annual Customer Care Agreement, which will give you access to our regular software updates while your Agreement is active. As a bonus, assistance from our esteemed Support Team is included in our Customer Care Agreement at no extra cost.

Annual Customer Care Agreements for buy-to-own licenses can be paid annually or in monthly instalments. Customer Care is not compulsory, and you are welcome to continue using your buy-to-own CabMaster product license without an active Customer Care Agreement. If you choose to continue your Customer Care Agreement to gain access to updates and receive assistance from our Support Team, there is a fee to access any updates that you have missed. However, this fee is very reasonable and is also capped, so you can rest assured that CabMaster Software is here if you need help down the road.

Customer Care is included in subscription payments for ShapeMaster and EzyNest subscriptions. Please note that Customer Care for EzyNest does not include updates, only access to assistance from our Support Team.

Yes, ShapeMaster subscription orders are processed automatically. You will receive an email with a link to download the software, as well as your license details so you can log in and get started straight away.

For buy-to-own non-subscription licenses, as well as EzyNest subscription licenses, orders are processed manually by our head office in Australia, and can take 1-2 business days.

Once your CabMaster Software product has been installed & licensed, you can start drawing! Have a play around and see how things work.

You’ll have a training session to be scheduled, so make sure you write a list of questions to ask your trainer!

Training is included in our ShapeMaster subscriptions, and is also generally included in all of our buy-to-own purchases as well.
